Effective managing is more than visualizing an outcome and creating a plan. Although this is an important element it is not enough. Effective managing is visualizing the outcome of a well created plan and knowing how to execute that plan all while maintaining the bright reflection of a leader. In order to effectively manage operations and people you must be a leader, you must visualize, and create plans.
They managers are leaders. A leader knows how to influence individuals to execute their role in the plan willingly. An enthused employee will be much more efficient than someone executing in fear of losing their job.
