Experiment with standing up as you speak, use your arms, nod your head in agreement, etc. These actions will help you to project energy as you’ll feel more energised. Using a good headset will facilitate this. Standing up and moving around will help to improve your circulation and will open up your chest cavity so that you can breathe better. Oxygen will flow better to your brain. You’ll feel sharp and ready for anything.
